As the devoted caregiver to her late daughter, Aisha, the Founder of 3AM Foundation transformed her personal journey of love, resilience, and loss into a mission dedicated to improving lives and supporting families in need. She is also a Fellow in Humanitarian and Social Development, committed to advancing compassionate, sustainable solutions that create meaningful impact in communities.
The Founder’s twin brother, Dr. Hassan Usman Baba-Inna, stood beside her throughout the fight for their late Aisha. Today, he serves as Head of Management, bringing his experience as an educationist, Estate Surveyor and Valuer, and passionate researcher to the mission of 3AM Foundation. As a dedicated resource person, he continues to contribute his knowledge, experience and commitment to the Foundation’s work.
A Public Health Advocate with a passion for cancer research, he is committed to advancing health awareness, early detection, and equitable access to quality healthcare. As Secretary, he oversees the Foundation’s day-to-day activities, ensuring its programmes, and operations are effectively coordinated.
A Media and Communications Professional, Digital Marketer passionate about storytelling, advocacy and community impact. With 3AM Foundation, he supports the mission through strategic communication, media and digital engagement.
We work with professionals and subject matter experts who provide knowledge, technical guidance and specialised support across our programmes.
